The Kennel Club Good Citizen Dog Scheme at Homeward Hounds

The Kennel Club have granted us Listed Status Approval to run The Good Citizen Dog Scheme training classes at Homeward Hounds, these classes are ongoing and tests are carried out by an external assessor. Bronze, Silver and Gold levels are worked towards. The scheme promotes responsible dog ownership with exercises such as loose lead walking, controlled greetings, recall and stay. Responsibility and care are emphasised throughout so don’t forget to bring your poo bags.
